I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance to amend The Marriage Ordinance, (14 of 1875),
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
To meet the drop in the present value of the dollar, and also
the fact that the Registrar General's Office is no longer in the
same building as the Supreme Court.
To grant powers of search.
To alter a misleading heading.
